Law Seminars International Conference: Buying and Selling Power in the Southwest

On August 7, 2018, Scott Medla, Managing Partner at Ansonia Partners, gave a presentation as part of a panel of five at the Law Seminars International 15th Annual Conference on: Buying and Selling Power in the Southwest, critical updates on resource development, regulatory changes, legislative action, and market operations. The panel discussed topics including siting issues, impacts on developer access to financing, and creative problem solving to move projects ahead.
